STATE BAR OF TEXAS
Lynne Liberato
President
The State Bar of Texas is proud to present this third edition of the
Texas Collections Manual. Since its initial publication in 1980, the manual has been an excellent resource for all Texas lawyers. This edition will continue that tradition. It covers a number of topics in expanded detail and substantially refines subjects addressed in earlier editions. The members of the State Bar's Texas Collections Manual Committee have devoted three years of time and effort to this project. The Bar is especially grateful for the dedication and invaluable service of the committee and its chair Daniel J. Goldberg, who has been involved with this manual since its inception.
